Well, here I am on a new server, and most everything is setup all fine and dandy. The Referrers script is having a really difficult time, and will require some upgrades so it can work properly again. In spite of the move I made some new leaps, being on the part of organization. 

1 All images that are not dynamic, are stored in a /img directory. This will explain some dead, and missing images. 

2 CSS is stored in /css folder now!

3 RAW scripts will be transferred later on into /raw. This is where oddbal scripts will be kept. 
 
4 New method of database connections will have to be developed, since the methods are conflicting nowadays.
