These were umm I guess final drafts of a somewhat communist type government that I created in a class about two years ago. Fairly interesting. I wonder what it'd be like to write up one based more on democratic view of government. 

 Fake Colony Government Documents 

[Founder Report]
This colony was created because of problems in a protestant group in America. The colony had become overly religious. This area had resorted to outrageous worship. After time religion became the only thing to do it affected all phases of life. No one could disagree or have another opinion there was only one way to worship. This required principle became overwhelming. The worship caused numerous problems as to the welfare of the colony, worship was considered first before welfare, and living quality in the colony. 
Another reason that made it unpractical to leave were the improbable laws that governed others to such a high extent that living and completing any task had its own law or rule such as which time you ate any meal what you wore and how you lived.  Even the simplest tasks were governed people began to spy on each other and look for faults in there friends and neighbors. In the opinion of the group that left the colony these outrageous laws did not permit efficient living and free daily living.

[Government System Report]
Our colony uses a dictatorship as its government system. It is a good system for the group because decisions can be made quickly. The leader can decide what is best for everyone as the leader is living in the same group, and can see what needs to be fixed, and changed. This quick thinking government can make decisions quickly as to which war move to make or if taxes should be raised. With one person living in almost the same situation as the leader it makes it easy for the person in charge to see any problems that need to be fixed and to fix them quickly.

1. Freedom of Religion
2. Right to vote at the age of sixteen
3. Freedom of speech
4. Right to have a government edited news paper 
5. Right to own or manufacture goods to be sold to public or government
[Minority Group Report]
Natives of the continent will have opportunities to live almost as any other citizen. As natives did have claim land before another Citizen in the colony. Native peoples will have share to land approved by government officials no excess amount of land will be given to the natives without payment. Native peoples can own a business or manufacture goods. These goods may be taken over by the government for any reason. Native peoples do have right to a trial, however if they choose to have a jury half of the natives will make up the jury and half of the legal citizens will make up the other half. A minority group may take place in government after becoming a legal citizen. Each minority has the chance to become a legal citizen of the colony with full rights included. Any one person in a minority may submit a request to receive citizenship. The request will be sent to the government the government may approve or deny the citizens ship request for any reason. Any minority group will not have the right to a newsletter, voting rights, or freedom of speech.
